NEO's seven certified green office buildings are landmark structures that paved the way for the commercial office revolution in the former military base now known as Bonifacio Global City.
Since its completion in 2013, Six/NEO has transformed the Bonifacio Global City skyline with its unique architecture and exceptional design elements. The building's distinctive diagonal lines form a one-of-a-kind building envelope system that involves sunshades and a double-glazed glass curtain wall. On its 8th floor is a green roof sky park with native plants that help reduce the urban heat island effect on the building.
Six/NEO’s numerous innovative green building features allowed it to receive accolades and recognitions from the Property Guru Awards in 2013 and 2014. It was also recognized for energy efficiency at the 2016 ASEAN Energy Awards and garnered an Outstanding Award in the Large Building Category of the Department of Energy 2020 Energy Efficient Green Building Awards. As a pilot project for the Philippine Green Building Council’s BERDE, the nationally recognized green building rating standard, Six/NEO was the first to achieve all 3 levels of BERDE with 3 Stars for Design in 2013, 4 Star Certification for New Construction in 2019, and 5 Star Certification for Operations in 2020.
