Five/NEO is a landmark structure in the business district Bonifacio Global City. In 2009, it was entirely occupied by top multinational company JPMorgan Chase Bank. While cafes, banks and fast-food outlets are available on the ground level, the building’s office floors offer a stunning view of the Manila Golf Country Club and the Makati Skyline, allowing tenants relief and relaxation through the scenery. Minutes away from the metro’s main thoroughfare, the officer tower provides optimal accessibility to retail establishments and transportation hubs such as the Bonifacio Stopover.

Another key feature of Five/NEO is a small public amphitheater with landscape design by the late Filipino sculptor Jerusalino “Jerry” Araos. Providing native plants and a biophilic element to the building, the amphitheater is only one of the many green features of Five/NEO. The office building is certified BERDE 5-Stars for Operations by the Philippine Green Building Council, which established the nationally accepted green building rating standard.
