NEO's seven certified green office buildings are landmark structures that paved the way for the commercial office revolution in the former military base now known as Bonifacio Global City.
Four/NEO is NEO’s fourth office tower constructed in 2008 and strategically located along 4th Avenue corner 30th and 31st Streets, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. With an average floor plate of 2,515 square meters, Four/NEO provides 21 floors of leasable office space and multiple retail spaces on the ground level arcade area.
In 2012 and 2015, Four/NEO was awarded with Don Emilio Abello Energy Efficiency Award. Four/NEO also holds the 5-Star Certification for Operations under the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) since 2018. BERDE is the nationally accepted and recognized green building rating standard established by the Philippine Green Building Council, a member of the World Green Building Council (WGBC). It is a tool to measure, verify and monitor the performance of buildings above and beyond existing mandatory building and environmental regulations and standards.
