NEO's seven certified green office buildings are landmark structures that paved the way for the commercial office revolution in the former military base now known as Bonifacio Global City.
Seven/NEO, the NEO portfolio's most recent office tower completed in 2013, symbolizes the peak of NEO's experience in real estate with its award-winning sustainable building design. The succeeding twin towers of Six/NEO, Seven/NEO possess similar outstanding green building features; sun shades and double-glazed glass curtain building envelope system, an 8th-floor green roof sky park, and condensate water recycling with additional implementation of rainwater harvesting system.
